Largest assembly capacities in central Europe
In our company there are assembly capacities being the largest ones in the central Europe. It means qualified assembly staff – about 400 workers thereof about 300 working directly on sites.
We provide assembly within investment units:
for classical thermal power plants and combined heating and power plants:
- assembly of boilers including accessories, i.e. mills, oil and gas systems, flue gas
- desulphurisation and treatment downstream the boilers

SES a.s. has got certificates for assembly of:
- boiler of all outputs
- equipment of nuclear power plants
- high and medium pressure pipelines
- chemical water treatment
- condensation and regeneration of feed water.
Based on own engineering the assembly department:
- deals with individual cases of lifting, handling and transporting heavy components,
- designs supporting structures and special appliances to locate hydraulic systems
In the company there is available special hydraulic equipment for assembly of elements up to 300 tons. Our company owns DEMAG AC type mobile crane of 50 ton lifting capacity and
DEMAG AC 200 type mobile crane of 1 ton lifting capacity.
