Equipment for Nuclear Power Plants
For nuclear power engineering SES supplied:
Equipment for VVER 440 Primary and Secondary Circuits
- Manufacture of equipment for primary and secondary circuits started at the end of 70-ties and the first complete parts were supplied in 1980.
- From the total number of 40 complete parts of VVER reactor in SES Tlmače there were manufactured 20 and they were determined for the proper reactor, auxiliary equipment of reactor and concrete shaft of reactor.
Equipment for VVER 1000 Primary and Secondary Circuits
- Because we managed to carry out the demanding manufacture of equipment for VVER 440 it was possible to start manufacture of equipment for primary and secondary circuits of nuclear power plants with VVER 1000 reactors. For this reactor type in SES Tlmače there were produced 28 complete parts of reactor from the total number of 42.
- In parallel with manufacture of VVER 1000 reactor units there were also manufactured separators – steam superheaters SPP 1000. For Temelín Nuclear Power Plant in Czech Republic we supplied 4 separators along with separate and condensate collectors.
VVER 440 Reactor Checking Container
Among the products for nuclear power engineering also belongs a prototype of VVER 440 reactor checking container so-called concrete container. It was manufactured for the nuclear power plant in Jaslovské Bohunice (Slovak Rep.) and it serves for inspection and repair of the reactor pressure vessel.
