Manufacturing basis is divided:
- manufacture of pressure parts,
- manufacture of non- pressure parts,
- manufacture of technological equipment.
Manufacture of pressure systems includes:
- steam superheaters and reheaters
Technological lines are arranged for manufacture of:
- coil systems
- membrane walls
Manufacture of pressure parts includes also manufacture of interconnecting piping between headers of evaporator, superheater and reheater.
Manufacture of coil systems
The technological line: cutting, argon shielded welding, continuous X-ray testing, CNC machine bending.
Manufacture of membrane walls
The technological line: submerged arc welding of panels, alignment, bending, cutting-off the openings.
Manufacture of headers
The technological line: straightening, drilling by CNC drilling machine and horizontal boring and planning machine, automatic welding of nipples, inspection, tests.
It is carried out in two assembly workshop aisles where the following operations are done:
- welding-on of burner openings
- welding-on of headers
- dividing into dispatching units
Workshop assembly of evaporator wall.
Manufacture of piping
Material storing and preparation
Storing of tubes and pipes up to 110 mm diameter in automatic rack-stock yard and diameter more than 110 mm in rack shelves). There is included sand-blasting, quality inspection of material, stamping of marks and heat numbers.
Manufacture of non pressure parts of boilers
Manufacture of supporting structure – columns, beams, platforms, flue ducts, air ducts, grates, burners, oil and gas system, slag removal system, air preheaters, etc.
Within this manufacture there is ensured equipment for steel making industry; caissons, cooling panels, bottoms and heads of electric furnaces.
The technological process includes also plates and profiles parting, mechanical machining, tool shop and forging shop.
Manufacture of technological equipment
Manufacture of equipment for nuclear power engineering, gas-, steel making, chemical and marine industries, heat exchangers, condensers, pressure vessels, equipment for petrochemistry, natural gas production and treatment and equipment for water engineering. Workshops are equipped with overhead cranes of lifting capacity up to 200 tons.
Manufacture equipment consists of machines for material parting, forming machines, horizontal drilling and boring machines, boring mills up to 14 m diameter, locksmith and welding as well as assembly work places and annealing furnaces. Handling is carried out by cranes of lifting capacity up to 200 tons. Assembly work places are suitable for performance of assembly up to the height of 20 m. In addition to usual inspection operations there can be carried out helium leakage tests and X-ray testing of welds.
