Boiler design

  • Self-supporting, three pass boiler with one drum, natural circulation, version in boiler house.
  • The boiler pressure system is supported on lower headers of the evaporator. The steel structure is only used for fixing the platforms and access points to the boiler.
  • The steam temperature is controlled by feed water injection into steam between the individual stages of the superheater: 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4.
  • Flue gas after crossing the bundles of the superheaters 1, 2, 3 and 4 is led into the cyclone and then into the steel plate duct provided with the 1st stage of superheater 1 and water heater bundles.

Combustion equipment

  • Combustion in internally circulating fluidized bed.
  • Temperature control of fluidized bed by immersed evaporator surfaces with forced circulation.

Scope of delivery

  • Delivery of boilers: detailed engineering, manufacture, delivery, assembly and assistance at commissioning.
