SES Tlmače has its agency in Russia

Slovenské energetické strojárne a.s. Tlmače (SES) has its agency in Russia from the beginning of this month. The general manager of the company, Martin Paštika says that the Russian market is of great potential and Tlmače works are capable to offer deliveries of technologies, primarily boiler houses for investment power engineering projects. In the past to Russia, SES supplied hundred hot-water boilers for combustion of mazout and gas, ten boilers for combustion of anthracite and two boilers for combustion of gas. Recently, we have returned to the Russian market, informs Paštika. SES supplied boilers for waste incinerating plants in St.Petersburg and currently there have been performed two projects for delivery of heat recovery steam generators for combined cycle power plants. The contract for delivery of two boilers for Kurgan project was signed by the company representative at the beginning of this year.

The company Slovenské energetické strojárne is one of the leading suppliers of boilers for both power and combined power and heating plants and incinerating plants on the world’s market. They manufacture and supply boilers for combustion of coal, oil, gas and biomass. Since 2006, the majority shareholder has been the company Segfield Investment that is a part of the consolidated entity J&T Group. Last year the company made products in amount of 215 million Eur (6.5 milliard Sk). This year they plan to make products in amount of 174 million Eur (5.23 milliard Sk). The reduction of products is related to the economic crisis, says Paštika, as the investors review justification of planned projects and their realization is postponed due to a lack of investments.
