Obtained contract for MOL in Slovakia

As the end of 2009 SLOVENSKÉ ENERGETICKÉ STROJÁRNE a.s. Tlmače (SES Tlmače) made contract with MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Public Limited Company for reconstruction of heating power plant equipment belonging to the CM European Power Slovakia (CMEPS) subsidiary within its location of SLOVNAFT Bratislava.
The subject of the contract is delivery of two new steam boilers, 60 MW condensation turbine and a new cooling centre to provide cooling water of better parameters. The new boilers for combustion of oil and gas, of 2 x 160 t/h output are characterized by high efficiency and technology that will guarantee low emission limits. The contract includes performance of complete work, i.e. basic and detailed engineering, detailed design, manufacture of equipment, delivery to site, dismantling as well as assembly work and commissioning. The work will be completed till the end of 2012 and the assumed service life will be 25 years.
The aim of the project “SN EDISON – TPP REVAMP“ is to increase generation of electric energy in the existing heating power plant and so to eliminate purchase from commercial distribution. New heating power plant equipment allows to reach better output parameters and to fulfil legislation requirements for its operation in the future.
