- System of lifelong education:
- in-house education:
- specialized courses and training for employees who must comply with qualification required for a specific post, operation of machines and equipment,
- language courses,
- education of management oriented mainly on quality control, economic control, manufacture control, environment, safety and health protection, information technology,
- education of high rank welders in accordance with Slovak as well as European technical standards in our own accredited welder´s school which is of the highest level in Slovakia,
- possible self-education in the rich in-house library,
- possible extramural study (engineering, bachelor study, postgraduate, etc.),
- continuous cooperation with universities and research institutes,
- granting scholarships to students in universities based on specific fields of study.
